RETURNS & CUSTOMER CARE
At Rollick we take care to consider each piece regarding its final fit and finish, hoping to make sure that you feel and look great in our designs. If however you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund if your purchase is:
- returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
- returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached).
- is accompanied with proof of purchase
- RA (return authorization) has been approved via email and RA number has been allocated.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Once your return or exchange has been approved by one of our friendly staff, you will receive your RA number. Please write the RA number on the outside of your post parcel to help us process your return as quickly as possible and send to:

When returning goods to ROLLICK, it is advised that you chose a traceable method (e.g. express post).
Please allow up to 14 days for exchange.
No refunds will be offered on sale or discounted items, however we will happily exchange only within 7 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external retail boutique.
